When asked to find a house with very specific directions about value and location, she not only rose to the challenge, she used her energy and expertise to find something better that I originally expected -- while still staying within my budget and desired area. We hired Terri to sell our home and to purchase a new home. We really didn't know what we wanted in a new home. We were open to so many types of houses. Plus my husband and I both work from home so we could live in any city. These two things I am sure made Terri's job very hard. We looked at well over a 100 houses. Terri was so patience with us. Never irritated that we couldn't pinpoint what we wanted in a house. We had a very nice/fun time looking for houses with Terri. To spend that much time with someone it was great that she is easy to talk to and funny. When we got the first offer on our house Terri pointed out all the red flags of the offer. It was so great to have someone with so much knowledge on our side. We were so excited to get an offer we would have overlooked the red flags had Terri not been on our side. The deal would have never made it to closing and would have costed us so much time, money and stress. A 2nd offer came in shortly after the 1st and everything went very smoothly. Well, I should say Terri made it go smoothly. She took care of all the "issues" that came up in the most professional manner. She got very aggressive when she needed to in order to make everything go smooth and she made sure that it did not stress us. We highly recommend Terri.

Terri Harder did an excellent job in representing my partner and myself in the purchase of 3 houses in the course of the last yr. She was able to accomodate our busy work schedules, and willing to show us properties whenever we needed to.
